Meditation Class - June/July
Meditation is wonderful for the soul, helps us focus and get in touch with our intuitive side of ourselves as well as reduce stress and help your immune system. We will talk about and try out different meditation techniques to see which one you are best suited for. So come relax and be still.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring water and a mat or towel.
You may sit in a chair or use your mat.
