ABE/GED classes ABE (Adult Basic Education) and GED (General Educational Development) classes prepare you to take the GED exam. These classes are offered at various Valley locations. The classes are open to Valley residents, aged 17 years and older, who are officially withdrawn from school. If you are seventeen years of age you must also provide a copy of your withdrawal letter signed by your parent/guardian from the last day school you attended.
